This Shipping Policy describes how The Sun Embrace processes, handles, and delivers orders placed through our website. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

In case of high order volumes, processing may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in shipment.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
  • Express Delivery (if available): 2–4 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or logistical issues.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India. If we are unable to deliver to your location, you will be notified at checkout or shortly after placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details. You can use this information to track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver your orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

The Sun Embrace is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will coordinate with the shipping provider to investigate the issue.

Resolution (replacement or refund) will be provided based on the courier’s investigation and our internal policy.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD may be available for select pin codes and orders. Additional charges may apply for COD orders. Orders placed with COD must be accepted upon delivery.

Undelivered Orders

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
